Robin Chocolates Shipping Information and Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products at http://robinchocolates.com/ operated by Robin Chocolates. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid product sitting in a truck over weekends.
During warm weather, please use 2 day shipping or overnight. We are not responsible for melted chocolates if either of these shipping options are not used. If temperatures are in excess of 90F, overnight MUST be used. If no one is available to accept delivery and the chocolates sit outside we are not responsible and a replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you must return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
If our products arrive damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
If no one is at home to receive the products and melting occurs, we cannot refund. Please have someone able to get the package indoors as soon as possible. We try our best by shipping 2nd-day express with FedEx and if the temperatures call for it, we do add ice packs.
DELIVERY TIMES FOR BUSINESSES & RESIDENCES
FEDEX DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES!
FedEx is our preferred shipping vendor. All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (where available, additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses typically occur between 8 am and 5 pm, and deliveries to residences can typically occur between 9 am and 7 pm.
If you are shipping to a known warm climate (over 90F) please select overnight shipping. If Fedex second day or Express Saver are selected and product melts, we are not responsible and a replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
We try hard to get orders placed before 12:00pm MST out the same day but occasionally during peak holiday seasons, it might take 24 hours to get your order shipped. Or if the weather is overly warm, your order will spend the night with an ice pack before shipping. If you place your order by overnight or 2nd day air, those take priority over ground shipments, and we will process those first. If you need your order by a certain date, then please call 720-204-8003, and we will help you with your order.
At the current time, we are unable to ship to international destinations or Hawaii.
