Robin Chocolates

2010 was a very good year for us at Robin Chocolates and 2011 is turning our to be no different. Over Mother's Day weekend we attended the 2011 Colorado Chocolate Festival where Robin's Mexican Molé Caramel molded truffle won the Grand Champion Truffle award.

In February we attended Say It With Chocolate 2011 at Union Station in Denver where Robin's Lavender molded truffle was awarded the Best Truffles award. Robin won this same award at the same event last year with the same molded truffle.

In 2010, we won six awards at four competitions with six different molded chocolates. The list of award winners is below:

• the Chocolate Caramel Fleur de Sel molded truffle won Grand Champion at the Holiday Chocolate Festival,
• the Pomegranate molded truffle won Best Traditional Truffle at the 2010 Holiday Chocolate Festival,
• the Raspberry Heart molded truffle won Best of Show Truffle at the Winter Park Chocolate Festival,
• the Orange Spice Caramel molded truffle won Best Traditional Truffle at the Winter Park Chocolate Festival,
• the Lemon Soufflé molded truffle won Best of Show Truffle at the Colorado Chocolate Festival, and
• the Lavender molded truffle won Best Truffles at Say It With Chocolate 2010.
