We ship orders via UPS Second Day delivery. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of being received, unless otherwise specified. We ship only within the continental United States.
Orders that include chocolates are only shipped between Monday and Wednesday of each week. Due to the perishability and delicate nature of our products, we don’t allow more than 2 days of transit time. We will never ship a package over the weekend, where it might sit in a warehouse. As such, please keep in mind that any order ready to ship on Thursday or Friday will not ship until the following Monday. If it appears that weather conditions will not allow safe delivery, we will contact you via email to notify you of the situation.
Robin Chocolates cannot be responsible for damage if you (or the recipient of a gift) are not present at the time of delivery and the damage occurs as a result of the delay in claiming the package. We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered.
