Robin has created a chocolate experience that not only awakens your taste buds but also brings you to an acute awareness that there is okay chocolate, good chocolate, and then amazing chocolate. Robin is all about quality. The quality of not only the taste, but the presentation of the chocolates as well. I have never seen such beautiful chocolates before in my life. The Lemon Soufflé is my personal favorite, with the P B & J bringging up a close second.

WOW! I enjoyed every delicious minute of my chocolates. Thank you for their beauty and depth of flavor. The toasted pecan turtle left a rich smokey taste in my mouth following the creamy caramel filling. The lavender heart was such a dynamic combination of chocolate and lavender infused ganache. My absolute favorite was the chocolate fleur de sel. It was quite the indulgence of sweet and salty perfection. Many thanks!

In addition to the beautiful presentation, Robin Chocolates taste amazing. With so many different and unique flavors, eating them is like a decadent party for your taste buds. The PB & J takes me back to childhood, the Rosemary Caramel is devinely intriguing, and the Raspberry Heart is a delicious classic, but the Passion Fruit Honey is my absolute favorite. Where else can you sample that taste combination? I highly recommend sharing these chocolates with everyone you know since they make a great gift - even though I am [more than] reluctant to share when I have a box in my house!

The chocolates are amazing!! We sampled a little of everything last night….my wife always though a local chocolate shop was soooo good, these blew them away!!

Today I was lucky enough to eat one of Robin Chocolates delicious caramel lollipops. In the first bite you taste the sweet caramel, rich dark chocolate, and a hint of English sea salt. It is a magnificent lollipop that I would eat again and again. Another wonderful lollipop is the exact same except for the salt which is Danish smoked sea salt. I only had to eat one piece of the salt to pick up its delightful Smokey flavor. The lollipop's appearances are also spectacular. The lollipop with English sea salt looks like the chocolate is smooth with beautiful pieces of salt on top (ah so dreamy). The Danish smoked sea salt lollipop looks almost the same except for its salt is a beautiful black color that glistens in the light.

I first had the pleasure of tasting Robin Chocolates at the Colorado Chocolate Festival in May 2010. At the first sight of them, I knew I had to purchase a box, simply because of how beautiful they looked. And of course, they were just as delicious as they were gorgeous! Her Mint Chocolate Chip one was absolute heaven for a mint lover like myself. Her caramel pecan turtle was also incredible - plus, the edible gold dust made me feel kinda royal eating it! I definitely recommend trying Robin Chocolates - you will NOT be disappointed!!
